San José, Costa Rica, June 11, 2021.- The Inter-American Court has published the “Case Law Bulletin of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights No. 32: Measures of Redress.” This edition systematizes relevant decisions concerning reparations adopted by the IACtHR based on Article 63(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights. The Bulletin can be accessed here.

The purpose of this series of Case Law Bulletins of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights is to publicize the principal lines of the Court’s case law on diverse issues of regional interest and relevance. This Bulletin has been published with the generous support of GIZ and its program DIRAJUs.
