San José, Costa Rica, September 2, 2021.- The Inter-American Court has published the updated version of the 16th Case Law Bulletin of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights: Freedom of thought and expression. This update includes the Court’s most recent decisions on freedom of thought and expression updated to 2021. The Bulletin is available here.

The purpose of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ series of Case Law Bulletins is to publicize the Court’s principal case law on different issues of regional relevance and interest. The Court updates the series periodically and shares updated information via its website and social media. This update has been produced thanks to the work of Dr. Claudio Nash, and the generous contribution of the German Cooperation Agency, GIZ and its DIRAJUS program, based in Costa Rica.
