On February 21, the Seminar was held at the headquarters of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights: "A new world in motion, the realities of mass irregular migration and the challenges faced by the Refugees and Migration Judges" organized by the Administrative Migratory Tribunal, within the framework of the XII World Conference of the International Association of Refugees and Migration Judges.
The event was attended by Judges of Migration Courts and Shelters from different parts of the world. Before this hearing, the Assistant Secretary of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights Romina I. Sijniensky presented on "Control of Conventionality in Human Mobility".
"The control of conventionality in human mobility acquires more and more gravitation in the judicial work. The context of the Americas is determined by situations of forced displacement of large dimensions," said the Assistant Secretary.
